Joseph has extensive work history in site construction for clients such as Hoar, Tower Homes, Doster, Brasfield &amp; Gorrie, and the Alabama Department of Transportation. His site work company employs approximately 75 people and operates of fleet of approximately 50 pieces of earthmoving and construction equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Joseph is also the owner of multiple commercial properties including mini-storage and an office building. Prior to the creation of TWO Oaks Development, Joseph was the sole owner of Tortorigi Development which delivered approximately 100 lots to Tower Homes in 2020 and 2021.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row max_width=&#8221;70&#8243;][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<h3>Joseph Winters<\/h3>\n<p>Winters is an experienced land development manager with years of experience in construction industry. He holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in construction management from Everglades University as well as a master\u2019s degree in Real Estate Development from Auburn University. Winters began his career in the construction industry as an inspector with KBR in Birmingham, AL.<\/p>\n<p>Since then he has served as a project manager for both vertical and horizontal construction projects.
